Hey there, I’m Susan Landgraf, VP at MindWire. I’m passionate about helping companies grow by investing time and boundless energy in developing and expanding their most important asset, their people! I’ve been a Predictive Index client for 40 years and now love helping my own clients implement PI at their organizations.

The path to success lies first with having the right people in the right roles. Early in my career with Marriott, I discovered PI. I found it to be the best assessment for hiring, developing and retaining great talent. I was a PI client for over 30 years at Marriott, Cold Stone Creamery and Massage Envy. I wanted to bring the best tools to my clients, so I partnered with MindWire in 2017.

My career includes Founder & Principal of a Training & Development company, Chief Learning Officer of a billion-dollar company, and VP of Training and Organizational Development of a 1,000-location organization. I built and implemented an operating system that grew a company from 100 locations to 1,000 locations, 1 billion in top line revenue. I created a sales training program that added $37 million incremental sales in one year – 2008.

Today, I’m a training, learning, and development guru. I love e-learning, cutting edge technology, mobile devices, and cars that go “zoom” are my virtual playgrounds! My specialties include leadership development, keynote speaking, operational excellence, customer loyalty, culture and engagement, team building, online training, facilitation skills training, sales systems and franchising. My mantra is “I’ll take and make the future now, please!”

When I’m not visiting clients and working, you can find me walking one of my three fur-babies to get in my daily 7-miles.
