Hi, I’m Spencer. I believe that empathy, follow-through, and precision aren’t just soft skills—they’re the foundation of great leadership. My mission is to create thoughtful, well-run environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC San Diego, I bring both academic insight and practical experience to the table. My background as a Registered Behavioral Technician sharpened my understanding of motivation and behavior, while my time at Trader Joe’s grounded me in operational excellence and consistent execution. 

I’m detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to ensuring that every task is completed with care and intention. My work is fueled by a solid foundation in psychology and a talent for effective communication. At the core, my mission is to integrate the principles of psychology into the work environment to enhance customer and team experiences. 

I grew up in Agoura Hills, California, where I played football and baseball. These days, I stay active by hiking, golfing, and playing pickup sports whenever I can. I’m also a big fan of travel—Scotland and Ireland top the list so far. I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s traveling somewhere new or tackling a new challenge at work.
