This spiritual journey called life is all about connecting with others and embracing the things that make us happy. Whether it’s music, dance, or a good laugh, I always seek new adventures and broader horizons. 

My name is Shawn Syvrud and I have extensive experience helping clients with all their needs, from troubleshooting software issues to providing operational support. I aim to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service possible.

I love logic puzzles, anagrams, science fiction, and all constructs that challenge the brain to see things differently.  

Fear not, citizen! I possess the skills of a true superhero, able to solve any problem and meet you where you are. Together, we shall conquer any obstacle that stands in our way!

My idea of a good time is a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle combined with a Stargate SG-1 binge-a-thon! Serving others is of huge value to me, and I have served both in the non-profit and private sector. I have a background in education, social work, and technical support. 

I graduated from summa cum laude from Tennessee State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. I have held licenses in secondary education and social work.  I served as Chief Steward of Communication Workers of America for AT&T Mobility. I am an alumni of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
