Hello. Matthew Bock, VP & Partner here at MindWire. Think of me as your catalyst for change and results. 

I am a Captain who loves to solve problems and interact but will listen to measure and challenge your talents results against your goals for positive outcomes. 

I have a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University. I spent a good deal of my career in the BPO and CCaaS space in client services, operations and sales roles. By working with a wide cross section of large and small clients, I am now leveraging that experience here at MindWire.

When we end up talking, you’ll learn a lot about me. To get that started, you should know that I’m a husband to the most patient Wife. I believe dogs are the best. I have midwestern roots and believe tennis is a life sport. When I’m able to fully unplug, you’ll find me in my happy place, the Hawaiian islands. Ask me about my favorite professional working experience, and I’ll tell you about the time I set up a picnic table and patio umbrella in my office and brewed beer for team building in the office. 

Personally, I’m always focused on reinvention and constant improvement because I know that anything and everything is open to change. That makes me ever more focused on being present and ensuring to live in the moment.
