Hi…I’m Mary and I’m a VP & Partner at MindWire. Some may say I am competitive and like to win…well that’s true…and that translates into tremendous fulfillment when helping my clients win by using the immense insights and applications of our workforce analytics.

With a BS in Mathematics, my career began in 1988 when a company using PI redirected my track as an Actuary towards business and sales, a more natural fit. After many years with Sony, earning the Samurai Sales Award, it was pure destiny 10 years ago, when a PI Consultant job posting “spoke to me”. Now blessed to serve my clients with MindWire.

I seek to inspire leaders to embrace the power of PI to make leading others more intentional, effective and transformative, ultimately impacting individuals, teams and outcomes. My personal mission is to be accessible to my clients, partnering with them to provide insights and resources to help them solve business and people challenges. MindWire has a deep bench of committed individuals. My goal is to ensure our collective strength benefits and supports my clients needs. 

I’m a grateful mother of 3 and a competitive and addicted pickleball player. I’m an admitted salad snob with a life focus on faith, family, fitness and natural health. You can find me enamored by creative DIY hacks. When not at work, you can find me in hot pursuit of great stand up comedy and bands so that I can swing dance.
