Executive Coach

Kellie Garrett is an executive coach, leadership and business strategy consultant, and professional speaker who consults on all things leadership. She understands the unique pressures, politics, and the need to navigate complexity faced by senior leadership. Formerly a senior executive at an agriculture financial institution, Kellie was responsible for business strategy, enterprise risk management, the customer experience, and marketing communication.

Honours include Master Communicator and Fellow from the International Association of Business Communicators, Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women and Top 25 Women of Influence, and the Red Cross (SK) Humanitarian Award for autism advocacy. She has an MA in Leadership and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s executive leadership program.

Kellie is a master practitioner of vertical development and an associate partner of Leadership Choices, a European firm that works with executive teams to transform organizational culture. She is passionate about helping others get out of their own way to reach their potential.
