Hey there! I’m Gail, your friendly Vulcan who’s absolutely obsessed with collecting data about humans. Ever since 2007, I’ve been boldly exploring space and delving into the fascinating realm of science-based intelligence provided by the Predictive Index. As of 2016, I proudly hold the title of VP and Partner at MindWire’s Starfleet Command.

You won’t believe how fast I can assimilate information! Thanks to my trusty hyper-space warp drive, I zoom through the data universe to help clients with their human capital management strategies. Whenever a distress signal comes my way, I’m always ready to swoop in and lend a hand with talent acquisition, organization design, and compensation strategies. I’ve been known to save the day, you know?

But don’t think I’m all about work and Star Trek reruns! In my downtime, I enjoy playing the flute like a true pro, going on hikes, and indulging in my love for nature. My hand-built yurt in northern Arizona is my personal haven where I can relax and unwind.

Over the years, my analytical and logical style has earned me quite a few Spockian nicknames. You could say I’ve become a bit of a legend in that regard! With my extensive experience on Federation ships, Del Webb Corporation, Pulte Homes, Mercer Human Resources, and Universal Technical Institute, I’ve gained invaluable interstellar know-how that I’m ready to share with you and your company. From compensation and benefits to talent acquisition, I’ve got you covered. Oh, and did I mention I’m a Certified Executive Compensation Professional and a graduate of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Wharton School’s prestigious CEBS designation? Yep, it’s true!
