Hi, I’m Dr. Robin Massey! I’m an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with post-doctoral training in trauma sensitivity who understands humans from a cellular level on up! I have 20+ years of experience working with leaders and in academia. I believe that if we’re going to work with humans, we need to understand how humans work. My goal is to teach people about “being human” to cultivate higher-performing leaders and achievers.
My specialized training in trauma and change facilitation in the workplace helps leaders reduce toxic stress while increasing engagement, performance, and resilience of their people. With a leadership & values-based approach, I guide people in understanding behaviors, drives, and motivations. I aim to help leaders live self-aware and self-regulated lifestyles to be more effective, impactful, and excellent.
Integrating neurophysiology and trauma-informed principles with talent optimization, I steer leaders and higher performing achievers and their teams to be exceptional. My unique model addresses the ever-present reality of change, and the human biological and behavioral responses to adversity. Using science and evidence-based tools, I help leaders create healthy cultures where humans thrive through increased understanding, compassion, resilience, and healing. As an educator, trusted advisor, and coach, I use evidence-based tools and science-based knowledge to help leaders create healthy cultures where humans thrive through increased understanding, compassion, and resilience.
Personally, my faith is my lodestar. I’m a mother of two outstanding humans who contribute kindly to society. I love spending time with family, friends, food, and fellowship!
