Hi, I’m Alicia Mandel, VP with MindWire. My mission is helping leaders and organizations build out their people strategy that drives their business strategy.
I’ve got 30+ years of experience in high profile companies as a thought leader in learning and leadership development, change management, organizational development, executive coaching, and workplace culture. I put that expertise to use working with leaders of organizations that want/need to make a change. Whether that is to scale or grow their organization, lead a transformation, improve the dynamics of a team, or be more intentional about workplace culture – I coach high potential and high performing leaders and teams to remove barriers to success.
Leadership infuses every component of organizational growth. I strive to help high performing leaders focus on leading change, not just managing it and developing good leaders into great leaders that can identify and understand the critical leading indicators of business success so that they can solve problems before they arise.
Today, I live primarily in Phoenix (although I spend the summers in Denver to avoid the AZ heat) and enjoy traveling to see my clients all over the country. I have two adult (sort of) children – a 21-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter, plus two dogs. I enjoy a great glass of wine (or bourbon) as much as a great workout.
