Hello there! I’m Ayse Gulenc Hosein, the Director of Operations at MindWire. Operations is my JAM, and I thrive on solving problems and making things happen behind the scenes. No task at MindWire is too big or too small for me, as I love seeing projects, tasks, processes, client engagements, and everything else under the sun through to the finish line. My passion lies in getting stuff done!

Throughout my journey at MindWire, I’ve worn many hats, but my sweet spot has always been “getting stuff done.” From Client Operations and Support to Instructional Design, Training and Workshops, and Software Development, I’ve had my hand in various areas. Now, I’m fortunate to have an incredible team working alongside me, doing awesome work.

When I’m not busy with work, I embrace the roles of a wife and mother to three humans, two cats, and a parrot. Yoga and wellness are my obsessions, as they help me find balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also have a strong desire to explore the world, and while I may not be able to do it all at once, I aspire to travel bit by bit. As the day winds down, you’ll find me falling asleep with my Kindle, indulging in a good book.

I kick-started my career by obtaining a BS in Business Administration, and later pursued an MBA. Following my education, I embarked on a journey working for several software start-ups in the Northeast. These experiences shaped me and allowed me to develop a diverse skill set.
