Manager of Marketing and Communications
Hey, I’m Hero Frenzel (yes, that is my real name). As the longest-tenured employee at MindWire, I work hard to live up to my name and be the glue that keeps the team together.
Always ready with a friendly smile, I love connecting with others and offering support for both clients and our own team. Willing and helpful, I use my detail-orientation and social poise to conduct educational training sessions, record video content, and create new media to help you along your journey with MindWire.
With a BA in Communications from Grand Canyon University, I’ve worked as a barista and trainer at Dutch Bros as well as guest services for Marriott hotels. I’m blessed to have kick started my career with MindWire over five years ago, playing roles in administration, office management, client services, content creation, learning & development, and now marketing and client journey experience!
I love setting up company events and team building opportunities to grow in our relationships and have a little fun (join our next karaoke showdown)! You’ll often find me singing or using my improv-theater background to add some joy to the day-to-day work at the office.
So you probably guessed that I’m a theatre arts enthusiast and advocate – it’s true! I have a strong love for my family, friends, and faith. I’m a wife and mom, which means I’m powered by coffee and tea. To decompress at the end of the day, I enjoy baking and cooking. I aspire to live on the beach someday.
