What to Expect During the Workshop
Research indicates that self-awareness is the biggest predictor of leadership success. In this program we’ll use Predictive Index data to provide a deeper understanding of who you are as a leader—strengths, needs, how you “show up” with others.
Then, we’re going to give you tools and insights to better understand and be effective with those you work with—you direct reports, peers, even bosses. You’ll also reflect on and build your personal leadership vision.
This is a pragmatic, hands-on session where you’ll get some serious short-cuts so you can increase your own self-awareness and learn how best to be effective with others.
What to Expect After the Workshop
After the session, you’ll walk out equipped with some insights and immediate actions you can take, back on the job. You’ll also have access to the Predictive Index reports of your direct reports, peers, and leaders so that you can use your newfound knowledge to connect effectively with everyone you come across at VU.
