As a Trained Analyst in Predictive Index®, you will…

  • Have a deeper understanding of Predictive Index’s behavioral model.
  • Analyze the three graphs found in the Predictive Index behavioral report, not just the text in the report.
  • Effectively walk someone through the results of their assessment and describe how to apply their hard-wired strengths at Nissan.
  • Use job assessments and targets for hiring and promotions.

 

How to Prepare

Preparation for this course will help you get the most from your experience. Expect to spend about one (1) hour with the following activities prior to the course.

 

Take the PI Assessment

If you’ve already completed this 6-minute assessment, congrats, you’re one step ahead!

Take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to gain a better understanding of your own behavioral style and motivations.

 

Pre-work eLearning

Get acquainted with key concepts you’ll learn during your workshop with a 15-minute online Learning Lab.

You’ll discover how the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment works and get a jump start on fundamentals.

What to Expect During the Workshop

You will focus on gaining a better understanding of yourself, others, and how to use PI data to be a more effective people leader.

The program provides case studies and applications of people analytics so you can elevate your talent strategy.

Expect high-impact learning with breakout rooms, virtual whiteboards, and plenty of activities during this interactive workshop experience.

You can also expect to be on camera, so please make sure you have your microphone and camera ready!

 

 

What to Expect After the Workshop

After the course, you will gain access to the PI Software and begin applying new skills and methodologies to both your people strategy and your daily employee interactions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet with your MindWire consultant one-on-one to practice and apply what you’ve learned.
