What to Expect During the Workshop
You will focus exclusively on the challenges and needs of your team while building and practicing new coaching skills. The program uses your team as the case study, so you apply the learning in real-time.
You can expect high impact learning based on your real life in the workplace. You’ll learn to understanding your role as a leader. Expect exercises and materials based on day-to-day challenges.
You’ll receive actionable feedback on areas of strength & development to enhance your leadership impact. You’ll obtain directly and immediately applicable tools and skills. You’ll walk away with the ability to develop goals, prioritize leadership tasks, and coach your direct reports.
You can also expect to be fed. Light breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be available each day.
What to Expect After the Workshop
After the course, you will begin applying the new skills and methodology learned to your daily activities.
You have also been invited to attend three online sustainment sessions after the workshop to review key lessons, enhance your coaching skills, and share best practices in a group coaching setting.
